City Bleed No More Art Exhibit

We are excited to announce HWPL Georgia’s first event of the year—a call to action for community revitalization through the power of art.

Come join us at The Supermarket for a mesmerizing display of urban artistry at the City Bleed No More Art Exhibit. Our goal through the exhibit is to host an art exhibit that promotes social awareness of community violence through art and inspires the community to take action toward healing the city with the hope of a safe Atlanta.

MAIN EVENTS:
• Thursday – Opening Night: 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Friday – Open Mic Performances: 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
• Saturday – Panel Discussion + Artist Talk: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

EXHIBIT HOURS:
• Thursday: 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Friday: 12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Monday: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Find us:

1) The Supermarket’s main entrance is located at 638 N Highland Ave NE. Our door is in between Big Softie and Collette Bakeshop leading you down a hallway and a staircase.

2) Need less stairs? Have a stroller or use a walking aid? Use our secondary entrance in the middle of Otto’s parking lot. The decorative black metal door leads you through a courtyard. (Note: this door is currently open until 7pm then becomes an exit only.)

3) Need a fully accessible entrance without any stairs? We have a back entrance in a public alleyway behind the building. You can enter the alley off of North Ave NE or from Otto’s parking lot. Our entrance is the white door at the corner of the building. Please call us at (404) 458-1738 to be escorted!

Note: While we don’t have dedicated parking there are plenty of options in the area. See our map for more info!
