Cook a dish from your favorite cookbook and bring both to share at a Friendsgiving Potluck hosted by the Atlanta Silent Book Club and Sober Dining Club at The Supermarket!

The event will kickoff with a Cookbook Club Mocktail Hour on Sun, Nov 24, 2024 at 5:00 PM, followed by our Friendsgiving dinner. Get ready for a night filled with delicious food, great company, and lots of joy. This is a completely public event and we welcome all to join us. See you there!

Atlanta Silent Book Club: Atlanta chapter of the Silent Book Club, a global community of readers who gather in public spaces to read together.

Sober Dining Club: An Atlanta-based nonprofit dedicated to creating substance-free social spaces.

The Supermarket: A 12,500 SF multi-use arts complex specializing in exhibitions, education, and entrepreneurship intended to spark curiosity, learning, and community.

Admission: Admission is $10 with an option to donate to the Sober Dining Club. Admission goes towards space rental, table settings, serving equipment, entertainment, and decor. Donations support future Sober Dining Club programming. If you cannot cover your admission price for any reason, please reach out to soberdiningclub@gmail.com and we will work with you to find an affordable way for you to participate.

Parking at The Supermarket:

  • Limited paid parking on Highland Ave.
  • Paid lot off Blue Ridge Ave, free from 6am-6pm.
  • Free parking on neighboring streets.

Entrances to The Supermarket:

  • Main entrance: Located on Highland Ave, next to Colette Bread and Bakeshop.
  • Side entrance: Parallels Blue Ridge Ave NE, requires a fob.
  • Accessible entrance: Backside of the building, accessible via the back alley.
