This 60-minute, all-levels flow will help cultivate new beginnings as we approach the first day of spring. 🌷 Following the practice, enjoy handcrafted, non-alcoholic cocktails thoughtfully created by Savannah Rainey. Join us for a meaningful and delicious way to mark the change of seasons!

Yoga begins at 10:30am - If you have not visited us at The Supermarket before please allocate enough time before the event begins to find parking + the venue.
Find us:
1) The Supermarket’s main entrance is located at 638 N Highland Ave NE. Our door is in between Big Softie and Collette Bakeshop leading you down a hallway and a staircase.
2) Need less stairs? Have a stroller or use a walking aid? Use our secondary entrance in the middle of Otto’s parking lot. The decorative black metal door leads you through a courtyard. (Note: this door is currently open until 7pm then becomes an exit only.)
3) Need a fully accessible entrance without any stairs? We have a back entrance in a public alleyway behind the building. You can enter the alley off of North Ave NE or from Otto’s parking lot. Our entrance is the white door at the corner of the building.Note: While we don’t have dedicated parking there are plenty of options in the area. See our map for more info!
