Join Yoga.ATL on May 3 at 10:45am for a feel- good Saturday morning vinyasa flow led by Ali.
We’ll move through an energizing, all-levels vinyasa sequence and cool down with a refreshing lavender-infused towel in savasana. After class, we’ll head upstairs to Big Softie for community connection and a sweet treat —yogis get free sprinkles on their soft serve 🍦
